I have a question up about girl names but on the small chance that I’m having a boy I would love to have a strong southern name to give him. I like Jackson and Austin but I know at least two of each of them and I don’t want to name him anything overly popular. Any ideas?

My husband’s cousin named their baby Jack, but I would like to name our baby Jackson, if it is a boy. We probably wouldn’t call him Jack for short. We rarely see the cousin and his family, maybe only once a year. They would also have different last names. Is that copying too much? Would you be offended if you were the cousin?
