I read on CNN last night the Jackson Browne doesn’t want McCain to use his music.
Artists usually get royalties whenever their music is used. So, basically Jackson is turning down money by not letting McCain use his music. Most artists jump at the opportunity but for some reason Jackson didn’t this time. I commend him for not selling his views out for cash.

I remember how Michael Jackson was so popular. All celebrities wanted to be a part of him, including Brooke Shields and Elizabeth Taylor. Men, women, children were fainting just to touch his white glove. Everyone got caught up in the moonwalk. Won all these Grammies etc etc. Selling out to millions of crowds. And he was the acceptable black man because he didnt do rap or acted like a thug. Also looked white(because of the surgeries).

Rev. Jesse Jackson apologized Wednesday for saying Barack Obama is “talking down to black people” during what Jackson thought was a private conversation before a FOX News interview Sunday.
Jackson was speaking to a fellow guest at the time about Obama’s speeches in black churches and his support for faith-based charities. Jackson added before going live, “I want to cut his nuts off.”

Its obvious Jackson doesn’t want Obama to win the election. If Obama were to win, Jackson would practically be out of a job. It’ll be pretty hard to run around the country crying racsim and discrimination when there is a black man leading the free world.
